Fast turnaround

Designed for turnaround printers with digital web-to-print workflows for jobs up to SRA3 as standard and B1 as an option, PhotoSlit can handle up to 8,000 SRA3 sheets an hour. The output page size ranges from A6 upwards.

Precision cutting

PhotoSlit’s two-dimensional bleed cutting facility provides amazingly accurate and narrow bleed cutting. With a gutter size as small as 1.6mm, PhotoSlit significantly reduces waste and produces more pages per printed sheet than any other production method. Each printed sheet is carefully handled individually, with identical processing every time leading to extremely precise registration. Problems with print image shift can be easily corrected on-the-fly with the Rollem AutoLay system.

Near-line, in-line, off-line

PhotoSlit is available in near-line, in-line and off-line configurations. The off-line mode can be used with Rollem’s reliable and robust deep-pile feeder or shallow-pile TurboFeeder.
