The Rollem JetStream meets the challenge of finishing posed by the host of on-demand products leaving today’s digital presses. Be it business cards, postcards, greetings cards, photobooks or mailing products. With just one system you can slit, trim, gutterslit, perforate, micro-perforate, score, collate or stream-feed and semi-slit. Fast throughput, unmatched productivity 

With its pre-programmed settings speeds changeover facility, jobs can be produced at a staggering 8,000sph - unmatched in the industry for this level of post-press processing. Optional features include a pallet loading deep pile feeder, the Rollem AutoLay, and an automatic collator. Finishes stock sizes from 140 x 125mm to 712 x 762mm and stock weights from 100gsm to 700gsm.

Quality cutting

Again, we’ve raised the bar in cutting-blade technology with our new JetSlit blades. Compared to a conventional guillotine, JetSlit’s rotary blade gives a more precise edge, less waste and higher productivity, eliminating marking or ‘crushing’ on thermographed or embossed work. These blades cut all thicknesses with ease. Over 400 gsm with lamination? No problem!

Cut wastage

JetStream’s 1.6mm gutter slit minimises waste by producing business cards printed 25-to-view on an SRA3 sheet. Compare this with the 16 cards achieved by a guillotine’s extra gutter space.
