It perforates, scores and slits with the highest speed and accuracy of any machine of its kind. Equally impressive, it can handle any type of stock, from 45gsm to 700 gsm e.g. a credit card, printed offset or digitally – even open-end NCR sets just glide through. The Champion is the perfect system for smaller runs and operations that don’t need the highest automation.

Fast set-up

You don’t need to be a press operator to get the best out of a Champion – in minutes you’ll be performing up to 1050mm of perforation and score lines at speeds up to 18,000sph.

Limitless capabilities

Champion offers a host of production options – perforate/micro-perforate/slit-perforate; trim/slit/gutter slit; and score/crease – all in a single pass.

New twin-shaft option

Champion’s heavy-duty twin-shaft option is ideal for scoring/creasing digital and heavyweight stocks. Two tandem shafts operate in perfect registration, the first head lightly scoring while the second follows with a deeper score – reducing the chance of ink cracking, regardless of coverage, grain direction or stock weight.  Need to produce pressure-sensitive labels? Simply order a Champion with the semi-slitting (kiss-cutting) option.

Minimal waste

Because Champion can easily compensate for registration and stock imperfections, you can salvage ‘off-register’ sheets and avoid costly reprints.
