Why use Rollem?
1. The most accurate
Rollem machines process each sheet individually, carefully and with the highest accuracy and repeatability - every sheet is finished to the same high standard.
Our machines regularly surpass the most exacting demands, for example better than the +/- 0.002" that the casinos demand for playing card sizes, and better than the +/- 0.2mm that the CD Inlay industry requires.

No other finishing system can match the running speeds of a Rollem, perfing and scoring A4 sheets at up to 15,000 per hour.

With just a small range of slitting, creasing and perfing tools, most jobs can be set up in a few minutes. Each tool can be re-used over and over again for many years, no need to create a new fixture or sheet for every job, and no need to wait. Does the perf line need moving? No problem each tool can be individually nudged by fractions of a millimetre - instantly.
